Our sexuality, soul, and spirit offer unique gifts to our quest for a greater understanding of Self. We tend to keep them separate and live as though they are unrelated. The Exquisite Trinity encourages the reunion of these three vital aspects.

By exploring where you are in relation-ship to your own trinity you begin to fully open to your body’s wisdom, listen more clearly to your soul’s desires and enjoy an authentic union with spirit.

The natural trinity of sex, soul, and spirit is our birthright. From this communion we can receive vibrant life energy, a deeper connection to feelings, and engage our true spiritual nature.

When your sexuality, soul and spirit are dancing and playing with each other you can feel fully alive. When they are compartmentalized or not interacting you may experience any or several of the following:

• lack of energy
• lack of sexual desire/ arousal
• having little or no emotional feelings while making love

• not being able to stay present during love making
• depression, including post coital
• non orgasmic
• impotence

Our sexuality, soul and spirituality are deeply connected. When one of these aspects is wounded, the others suffer. These three aspects are intended to support one another, and in doing so can enhance and strengthen our growth and knowledge of self.
