Indrus’s passion for Sacred Union has been enhanced by 12 years training and working with Margot Anand, Lilliana Cané and Robert Baillod of Skydancing Institute, Charles and Caroline Muir, and Tantric Buddhist teachings.
Reconnecting our sexuality with our spirit is transformational. As our
lives become more mind-centered we must find ways to stay connected with
our bodies. Tantra offers us a path to ecstasy. Sacred Union is a vessel
for self-growth through joy and pleasure.
In its contemporary Western form, Tantra is a path that uses our sexual energy to reach profound spiritual states. It offers ways to deepen intimacy with ourselves and our partners. Through the use of breath, movement, and sound we can unblock our life-force energy and rejuvenate our body, soul, and mind.
Our exploration will include meditative and visualization techniques, Kundalini circulation exercises, and Tantric philosophy. The balancing of our male and female aspects helps harmonize energy with our partner and our self.
Honest communication, opening to the deeper truth can be done in a playful, non-threatening environment. This allows for the place where the truth is exotic and a strong aphrodisiac to be used in our sexual lives.
The use of ritual and all our senses helps us to discover new layers of sensuality and expand our experience of love.
